Unfortunately, even we can make mistakes (nobody is perfect), which pass all controls cleverly to be finally discovered by you. It is not nice when this happens to you. Or for us, because quality is very important to us.

Please fill out the complaint notification form completely. Take a digital photo of the defective door element. Send both of them to us.
